Bunch of jokers with an incredibly poor unreliable platform. No customer service at all. My experience is really negative. Their mobile app has a lot of defects, e. Loss due to their faulty mobile app. It's been more than a week now, absurd. If you're considering these platform to trade head somewhere else. Only the latest review will count in the company's TrustScore. I have very bad experience with this company. When you open account everything is nice and sweet.
As soon you deposit the money in. You start getting emails saying verify your account with documentation. When you try verifying you account with you phone and email. It comes back with diffrent error every time. I tried emailing them and messaged them on Social media.
I still haven't heard anything form them. There is no one to help and customer service is very poor. I find number from google. And it just has answer machine and keep asking press this key for English. When you press any key. Its just keep saying same thing. My advice is to everyone don't waste your money and time.
These people are just unbelievable.. Deposited Euros and tried to verify my account. After 2 weeks I receive an email that they have to withdraw my funds and take a fee of 31 euros since I could not get verified. How is this different from stealing? I have created a ticket since 15 Nov and my bank has confirmed the wiretransfer to their UK bank was successful. Im nervous as i have been cheated before by these kind of sites and reported to the relevant regulators in and out of my country. Please hope etoro isn't one of them! Today is 1 December but still my documents are not verified and therefore I can not still start trading.
But still I never received any email or call from Etoro if I needed any help. I contacted them 4 times regarding account verification they said due to high customer volume it is taking time. If they are taking so much time for account verification, they will make problems in deposits, withdrawals and trading. I hope they improve their service. My account got verified today on 5 December. Etoro must improve their customer service. I have started trading. I will post new review after a month or two.
They'll charge your credit card without verifying your account. Once they got the money, it's hell getting them to withdraw it. Good companies just don't do crap they do. Seems to work well. Haven't withdrawn but can't see any issues with the process. Only withdraw when you have a decent amount. Had small issues where it's slow and sometimes the cryptos break when under heavy load.. I understand they are working on fixing. All in all so far happy. I even got two of my work buddies using it who are now investing in stocks and crypto.
Copy trading is cool. Crypto spreads fees are a little high though. I see a lot of salty reviews and to be honest I think some people forget that this is purely gambling.

I think the purpose is you misunderstand the platform and loose money. I thought I owned currency while in fact betting currency will gain value.

Then the problem comes when I tried to make a sizable deposit into my account through wire transfer. Here is the experience I have with eToro - It takes a more than a week now and my money goes nowhere 7 days already - two account managers contacted me one through phone and other through email , but they don't reply my email when I am asking for the virement progress. But they both say they are happy to provide help. Another self-claimed account manager write to me, but she didn't reply any of my email - the backend people seem working on the case, but not able to tell me when my money will be ready.
Until now, I still don't know where my money is gone. I also use Interactive Broker, and the wire transfer take 24 hours to be effective. I set up an account it let me in originally. I went to fund the account and the thing just kept spinning, I reset and tried again still nothing just spinning.
