Have you seen our live tests page? Please login or register. Home Forum Help Login Register. Hi I might start live in a week or two. Has anyone tried a withdraw with DukasCopy? How Long does it take? Thanks, and have a nice day Sammy. Sammy on September 03, , Though i would like to measure it instead in pips and consistency at a long time, cause remember that other commercial ea that is now make alot of cash trading with the default settings - boomerang - in fact made a very bad performance and even blow some accounts after his launch in the beginning of the year.
Have I wrote something useful? Then just click on the red heart under my nickname. Well, I asked about "Withdraw with DukasCopy" I earn good money with fapturbo, and I also think this is good as I see it throught my demo for over a month.
You have to know about forex, and how it work as well as how to use the EA. That is my thoughts about this, and has anyone made a withdraw?? Thanks, and good luck to you all, what ever way you trade forex Sonny. I don't recall ever seeing a bad comment about Dukas anywhere.
It would greatly surprise me if you had any problems withdrawing your money. I've had my criticisms of FTE and I certainly don't like the way the forum is run - half of my comments haven't made it either. At first I thought it was they perhaps were avoiding the embarassing ones but I think overall they find it hard work to run the forum in this way. It would have been so much better to have retrospective administration like most normal forums.
In the past I've always associated this sort of forum with censureship and scams but I think they just did it to try and keep it orderly. As for the support, that's one I thing I must admit I haven't had a problem with. All the emails I've had with Alex ok only 4 have been prompt, polite and helpful.
Is there anyway to run EVO on demo before proceeding to live on dukascopy? Anyway reason why evo is not winning? I send them several support tickets they did not answer: It seems the never really test their BOTS and we are only be used to find out how they work. Why would they otherwise adjust so often in so short time after they start selling them, if they made so much money already all the time they had tested them.
September 04, , Logged Mark jamestan Sr. There is a Demo available on Dukascopy and Evo runs just fine on it. You can run multiple demos from multiple locations if you like in order to test out VPS performance, different settings, etc. There is a lot of speculation about why Evo isn't winning.
Evo is a good robot, its programming is good and it has the potential to make money, however like any robot it is only as good as the broker and market conditions where it's used. The problem being seen in Live accounts is rejected orders and high slippage due to lack of liquidity in the market.
Note that because Ducascopy is an ECN broker, there is no manipulation involved, but rather the market is simply too thin. When Evo enters a trade, just about everyone's copy tries to enter the same trade and there are delays in getting filled, sometimes you get rejected completely. That's bad enough on opening a position, but if you get rejected repeatedly when trying to close it can be very bad news. As to slippage, the default is 2 pips on entry and whatever the market will bear on exit.
Last week all of my trades slipped 7 pips; 2 on entry and 5 on exit, that is if they opened at all. Looking at the way the market is behaving, the amplitude of the pairs during the trading session is too low for the robot to work well.
This is very easy to see on a 10 minute candlestick chart. On some pairs it's not possible to trade them at all without this slippage putting you negative on a "winning" trade. The latest debate is whether things will improve as September wears on and we leave the summer lows behind. It's possible that will be the case, however this is the last week before the refund period expires and it's not been going well up until now. I have serious doubts that things will improve enough to put Evo back on track.
I have not requested a refund yet, however I expect that by Thursday that will be my choice. December 19, , January 07, , Wow, that MT4 Dukas could rock if they execute 0. Donna's Blog Analysing trades:More...
