That is the reason why company is still around. People are milked like cows and than they are fired all of a sudden. One partner hires, the other partner fires.

Good cop, bad cop. Admit that you are only interested in young slaves - once they stop producing you fire them - average turnover is three years. Regarding turnover, we understand that while the trading industry is not for everyone and has changed substantially over the past 16 years, Geneva Trading has talented and profitable traders who have been with the firm since shortly after its founding and who continue to thrive as the firm and industry have evolved.

Takes around 12 weeks, so within 12 weeks you could be a trader. Trainee traders spend more time with senior traders. Company is on the right path. Plenty of earning potential. Be your own boss. Be prepared to earn 16k per year for 2 years. I would not recommend scalping as a career! Treat your employees better. Treat your trainees better.

Erase the divide between Dublin and Chicago. I could go on. Middle Management is great, surrounded by a lot of highly educated staff, who are good at their jobs. HR and Admin support is good at what they do. The culture is changing rapidly. By making the Senior Traders happy, they neglect the new traders.
